Healthy at Home does not prepare documents, select certificate types, or provide legal advice.
SIMPLE PRICING
$50 mobile appointment fee, plus $5 for each notarial act.
Minimum appointment total: $55.
Rush service: additional $25.
Payment is due before the appointment. Your total is reviewed and confirmed before the invoice is sent.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $25 cancellation fee applies after appointment confirmation. Applicable taxes, if any, are not included.
